Cold pressed rapeseed oil is ideal for cooking with too. Having a subtle flavour means the food does not take on the flavour of the oil it is cooked in, letting the favours of the ingredients stand shine.

It has a high burn point (much higher than that of Olive Oil) which means it can reach much higher temperatures the oil begins to smoke and spoil. This makes cold pressed rapeseed oil ideal for cooking things like roast potatoes, chips and Yorkshire puddings.

Cold pressed rapeseed oil is ideal for roasting, frying, baking and is also perfect for using in an air fryer.
