Pork & Pumpkin Traybake

Serves 4


4 British pork steaks

500g pumpkin, peeled and cut into wedges

1 large red onion, peeled and chopped into large slices

½ bulb of fennel, chopped into large slices

50ml of Littleseed Potato Wedges Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, OR our Natural Oil mixed with ½ tsp dried mixed herbs and a large crushed clove of garlic

1 tsp runny honey



Preheat the oven to 180C and in a roasting dish place the pork steaks on top of pumpkin wedges, red onion and fennel. Mix the dressing of oil and honey and drizzle evenly over the traybake. Season with salt and pepper. Roast for 40 - 50 minutes until the pork is cooked, and serve
