Garlic & Herb Christmas Roasted British Veg 

Christmas vegetables roasted in rapeseed oil

These roasted root vegetables are a great addition to your Christmas dinner table. Just pour on the Garlic and Herb rapeseed oil and let the oven do the magic.

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C / Gas 6.

  2. Wash, peel and chop all the veg, and pop onto a large baking tray.

  3. Drizzle the veg generously with littleseed Garlic & Herb Rapeseed Oil, and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Roast in the oven for 30–35 mins, or until roasted to your liking.

Recipe Notes

If you have leftovers, stick them in pan with some vegetable stock and when softened used a stick blender to make it into a really delicious roasted vegetable soup.
